Terms of Service

1. Professional Services

Colin B Solutions provides Google Ads management, local SEO (GMB) optimization, and landing page development. All services are focused on generating qualified leads for your specific local market.

2. The 3-Month Commitment

To allow for proper data collection and campaign optimization, our standard lead-growth packages require a minimum 3-month commitment.

  • Month 1: Focuses on technical onboarding, landing page launch, and campaign architecture.

  • Months 2 & 3: Focus on active management, negative keyword filtering, and lead quality optimization.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Setup Fees: A one-time onboarding fee is due prior to the start of any technical work.

  • Monthly Retainers: Management fees are billed monthly in advance.

  • Ad Spend: Clients pay Google directly for all ad spend. Colin B Solutions is not responsible for paying Google on the client's behalf.

4. Results and Guarantees

While we use industry-leading strategies to drive high-intent traffic, Colin B Solutions does not guarantee a specific number of leads or a specific ROI. Marketing results vary based on local competition, seasonal demand, and the client’s internal sales process.

5. High-Efficiency Communication

To ensure maximum focus on campaign performance, our partnership utilizes digital-first communication. This includes scheduled 15-minute video strategy sessions and monthly performance reports. On-site meetings are available by separate agreement only.

6. Termination

After the initial 3-month term, contracts move to a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
